Green Grow Club Ethics
Green Grow Club supports eco-vendors who sell products with plastic-free packaging snd shipping methods. Plastic free means no single-use plastic whatsoever, however, plastic that is reusable or biodegradable through home composting is allowed. There should also be no chemicals present in the inks and glues used in the wrapping.
We aim to support ecopreneurs, sustainable businesses and suppliers to find plastic-free alternatives and we'll soon have directories and resources for those people.
Green Grow Club supports eco-vendors whose production processes and supply chains have caused no harm to animal or human.
At present the line between 'cruelty free' and 'vegan' is blurred. Products in our marketplace are vegan or plant-based, with no cruelty to animals or the environment in the creation of the product and its supply chain.
People Care is basic to fostering a sense of community where everyone has a right to be treated fairly.
Green Grow Club supports eco-vendors who have a ‘living wage’ policy in their workplace and who respect the rights of all to dignity, equality and respect. Social responsibility is an important aspect of regenerative business practice and all businesses should act in a manner that is fair to the individual and which benefits society.
Kindness is at the heart of personal and planetary transformation. At Green Grow Club we ask you to be kind to yourself, to others, to all forms of life, and to the environment on which we all depend. We cannot exist in our personal or professional lives without relationship so we encourage our community of practice to look for the best in people, to be generous of spirit, and to treat others as we would like to be treated.
Kindness can be as simple as a smile, a supportive word, a moment of listening to another’s pain or joy. Business, which is often task-oriented, transactional and stressful, runs more smoothly when we take time to treat ourselves and our colleagues with kindness.
