The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop marketing and sales strategies for Green Grow Club. You are comfortable handling customers, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular sales reporting.

  • CMR Customer relationship Management

  • Sell our products

  • Customer engagement through emailing, newsletters, website/blog, social networks management and contents creation

Top Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing and/or Sales or related field 1 - 3 years of relevant experience

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Design course or equivalent skills.

  • Social Networks Marketing Knowledge.

  • Detail-oriented and analytical.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Imperative to this role is a strong interest and commitment to environmental issues including circular economy solutions, sustainable rural development and climate change, as well as a desire to grow within the role and the company. The role requires to be passionate about our products and services and inspire and motivate the team.The ideal candidate will work closely with your Business Development Manager to maximise sales in an atmosphere that creates a buzz for both our customers and staff.Experience in a rural and food production environment will be seen as favourable.A good cultural fit with the company ethos and connection to the social values of Aurora Sustainability Group is essential, as the right candidate would essentially be creating their senior own role within the company, and an extension of the contract after the initial 6-month period is expected upon review.


Core Responsibilities

  • Sell our products

  • Customer engagement through emailing, newsletters, website/blog, social networks management and contents creation

  • Achieve targets through driving sales

  • CMR Customer relationship Management. Control the sales customer management.

  • Plan and organise the day to day.

  • Motivate the team inspiring them to provide amazing customer service

  • Train and develop the team

  • Manage the team and the stock

  • Merchandise at the exhibitions and trade show

  • Delivery products to the shops and vendors

  • Manage online sales, customer delivery service and post-sale follow up


ABOUT YOU

Ideally you will be located close to Forres, preferably in the Moray area, hold a driving licence and own a vehicle.

You will be experienced of sales management, and really wanting to progress your career and looking for the next step, with the following skills

  • Driving licence and car ownership

  • The ideal candidate would have experience in managing people, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. They would be located close to Forres Moray area, hold a driving licence and own a vehicle.
